Counselling Service Fees and Terms
It is important to find the right counsellor for you. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in the success of therapy and so you need to feel that the therapist you choose is the right person.
For this purpose, I offer an initial free 20-30 minute conversation which we arrange by email.
The free consultation can be held on Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, or the telephone to determine if we would be a good fit to work together.
Standard terms and pricing
I have a standard pricing for counselling:

Individual Counselling Session (50 minutes): £65

Payment: Payment by electronic bank transfer is requested to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session appointment.
Cancellation Policy: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be chargeable at the agreed price. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and commitment to providing you with quality service.
